I started training with Kiren in January 2022. I had reached out to her when I came across her running group. My goal was to get strong and lean.
What sort of nutrition guidance do you give?
Firstly, I need to preface that I am not a nutritionist or a dietician.
In order to stay within my scope of practice as an accredited fitness trainer, I can mainly provide guidance around healthy eating.
I do not prescribe meal plans, or tell you how much you should be eating.
Veganism is my niche and my guidance is around adopting a more plantbased diet.

Can I train with you more than once a week?
Absolutely! Extra training sessions on top of the weekly face to face session is $70.
I live overseas/interstate but I still want to work with you. What can I do?
I created my Online Coaching package to cater for clients who cannot meet me face to face.
I understand this is not ideal for those who are new to the gym, which is why in all my coaching packages I have an online exercise library. For each exercise prescribed there is a short video accompanying it, with a demonstration on lifting technique.

Do you have an area of specialisation?
I work with a broad range of clients; from those who are completely new to exercise, to triathletes, hockey players, netball players, runners and powerlifters.
My area of particular interest is powerlifting, as I am a powerlifter myself.
