Trust me, you'll never have to pay $18 at a cafe for a chia seed pudding after trying this recipe.
I know no one reads all the crap before a recipe, so I'll get straight to it.
Chia pudding recipe
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup coconut milk (from tin)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbs maple syrup
- Whisk ingredients together in a bowl
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
- Serve with your choice of toppings. I like using coconut yoghurt, chopped nuts and berries
