I know no one reads all the crap before a recipe, so I'll get straight to it.Â
Chia pudding recipe
Serves: 2-3
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup soy milk
1/2 cup coconut milk (from tin)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbs maple syrupÂ
Method:Â
- Whisk ingredients together in a bowlÂ
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days
- Serve with your choice of toppings. I like using coconut yoghurt, chopped nuts and berriesÂ
